- DDDianne North DubySep 20, 20261.0Shipping a package to Florida. When asked what was in the package, I couldn’t remember one item. The male clerk demanded that the package be opened. When he saw perfume with “denatured alcohol” he said it couldn’t be shipped. Needless to say I was shocked. Took it to USPS no problem. I will NEVER go to this store again. NEVER. Bad customer service. Uneducated clerk. I only wish I would have gotten his name. 😡

No reimbursement from the UPS store and at some point, there was an address correction that was not solicited. No one seems to know when and why this occurred.
