    If the letter I sent appears where it is supposed to appear when it is supposed to appear, then the store gets a 10/10… But I also have to say that the gentleman, David, who handled the transaction was as polite and professional as anyone could possibly be. It was a pleasure… For a typical transaction, this was as good as it gets. I actually left the store in a good mood simply because of the interaction with a highly competent employee. And, I do go to this location a lot in Farmington Hills and receive great service every time. Nonetheless, this last time was special because of the importance of the materials that were involved

    We had an appointment for a notary at 9am and when we arrived, they said the notary would not be in until 10:30am. They should not allow appointments at that time if they aren't available.

    Horrible experience here. I waited in line for 5-10 min for notary services and the man told me he can’t do it after 6. It was 6:05. I asked why and he said with an attitude that he has to help close the store. I asked and he then confirmed he chose to not help me rather than he actually couldn’t help me. Really screwed me over and provided terrible customer service. Complaints to the BBB, MiLONA, attorney general, Secretary of State notary services incoming. Keep away from this place!
