I came in to ship them, and had a problem with my card and had to come back later. But they wouldn't give me my packages, they said they could only suspend them and keep them there. I returned the next day and my packages were gone. I was told they had been shipped to the return address by mistake and I should recieve them in a few days. They never arrived. I had no reciept, no tracking number, no proof my packages had ever been there. They just mysteriously vanished. I lost money, customers, and special order hand-made products. The employees were beyond unhelpful and just stood there shrugging as if to say "What do you want me to do about it?" This post office is not only incompetent, they are dishonest. DO NOT GO HERE.
