- DDDejayAug 3, 20261.0Pro tip: If you want to waste 25 minutes of your life watching a clerk named Misty struggle to figure out how a basic mailing address works for the person in front of you, this is the post office for you! When I finally survived the wait and made it to the counter, Misty flat-out refused to take my packages. Her reasoning? A completely hypothetical fear that my shipping label might tear off during transit. First off, isn't that my risk to assume? And second, her profound certainty that my packages would be aggressively manhandled to the point of losing their labels doesn't exactly inspire confidence in this location's operations. Instead of offering a basic customer service solution—like, I don't know, adding a single strip of clear tape and saying, "We'll make sure it's secure"—she just took the condescending route and blatantly refused to do her job. I ended up driving over to the Ellsworth post office to drop off the exact same packages. They were gladly accepted with absolutely zero alterations, and the clerk there even said, "They look fine to me." Save yourself the headache and the patronizing attitude. Skip Misty's line and just go to Ellsworth
