  I went there for notary services for my mortgage documents. I had 2 sets. I gave the guy that looked like he was barely 21 the wrong ones. He looked through them and said he wasn't familiar with them. I put my glasses on and noticed that they were the copies and not the originals. This person proceeds to tell me they were the right ones. Excuse me? No these are the copies. I gave him the originals and he told me they were not and asked another older lady. The first page was the notary info page and they told me they couldn't notarize it because it didn't require my signature. I have NEVER in my life been made to feel like I didn't know what I was doing. I usually go to the credit union and never had any issues. They need to be trained properly! Get mature ind5tgat know what they are doing.

  The delivery drivers here are some lazy bums that don’t want to work. They leave notes on your door without contacting you or ringing buzzer and then tell you, you have to pick up your package from this store. Mind you they are taking packages to this location that don’t even require a signature and the people on the phone are useless. I will be reporting the store and the driver, also filing a police reports because I’m tired of UPS playing in my face.

  Norma is the best employee. When I tell you I had the most gruesome past two days and to follow up with today where every small task turned into a hellish side quest. Norma, this amazing lady, helped me through a predicament of mine today. This is less of a review of the store and more about the compassion this lady brought into my day and changed everything for me. Thank you so much for the best customer service I have ever received and I hope you're running that store if you're not already.
