I tried to call but it's hard to get through. I recently had a new credit card that mysteriously didn't arrive. I feel like they want everyone to rent a box!!!

And it was inconvenience to me. Also I have a door mailslot and they don't push it all the way in (down), they leave it sticking out, anybody can get my mail. I just don't understand it.
