- JWJoseph WarrenJul 25, 20261.0I ordered something from Amazon. It was shipped via U.S.P.S.. It made it to this location, my local post office....then it was tracked to New Jersey, visiting 5 cities in New Jersey in 5 days...before returning and being delivered a week late.

- KLKonica LongMay 14, 20261.0On May 14,2026 I arrived at 11:21am the front desk staff was RUDE, Unprofessional and very disrespectful to myself and 3 elderly people that was also in line as The first elder approached the counter she never recognized him there she continued to count envelopes and he walked out upset. Once I approached her with a good morning and a pleasant attitude she ignored me as well and then said oh wait one minute I’m doing something I stood there for a good four minutes and she never said anything else and started counting post cards chewing gum very aggressively her customer service sucks SSA and need higher attention from over staff my opinion a person with this type of service should not be allowed to service front desk.
