Everytime I visit this location there is only one person working the counter. That person is usually processing passports and servicing the line of customers. Its sooooo frustrating 😫.

Only 2 people helping 20 customers in line. That is ridiculous. I ask for stamps, and she gives me some stupid design. I asked her for birds or scenery or lighthouse or Mexican stamps she said that's all they had for 10 but she broke a 20 pack up. Rude and terrible service. There is no drive up postal box. One needs to get out of the car because the mailbox is in the passager side of the car. Its been like this for over 50 years you think someone with brain would change the drive up area. It was so hot in the place I had to use a package 8x10 to fan myself. She asked to make sure I put it back. I told her you can put it back since you work here. I wasn't the only one using a package letter to fan ourself.

Extremely rude and racist workers here. Not enough staff working. Made an appointment on May 1 for a passport for my child and there was no honoring of my appointment at all. We waited in line and then even after I was called up and brought my application up- I was told to sit down and then three or four other people were taken care of before she decided it was time to handle our application. We were there until 11am and that is hard with a 2 year old. I made an appointment for that reason- because I had a 2 year old with me.
I was then heckled and harassed and yelled at by the employee when I had to come back with cash to pay and asked if I was able to just pay instead of waiting in line again. I just asked the question (very cautiously because I already knew I was going to get yelled at for asking- she already had that vibe about her so I tried to ask as softly as possible) “would I just be able to pay for this?” And since the employee who was taking care of my application was no longer at the desk- the other employee went off on me about not knowing what I was talking about. The reason I asked was because I didn’t know if the other employee was returning. Maybe she was on a long break- I didn’t know- which is why I asked. But I was heckled and yelled at just for asking a question. When she did return, she very much took her time calling me back up and would not talk to me anymore or answer any more questions. Very disrespectful and unprofessional employees and my asking if I could possibly pay did not deserve the response I received.

The teller Erika is awful . Bad attitude for no reason she asked me for a phone number for a shipment which is knew so I asked what was it for and she said either give it or don’t very sassily… lady I’m asking you a simple question . God forbid you have a question about something regarding the post office or mail . The ladies that work here hate their lives
