- AGALICIA MEDINA GARCIAAug 24, 20261.0Worst USPS, I paid the 25 dollar fee to get the mail box key replaced because it broke inside and they said maximum 10 business days and it has been a month, I have come 3 times already in the month to provide my information 3 times. And they do not open until 30 minutes after they say they do. Horrible experience

So I went to another USPS location and they accepted them without making a new labels.This is not the first time this happened to me. If there was a zero option I would rate them 0 stars!
