ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! 0 stars is what they deserve. I dropped my package off to be shipped back to the sender. A month went by and there still was no update regarding where my package was. The front clerks have terrible customer service and the worst attitudes. But they made sure to charge me almost $5 for tape to attach my label. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!!! Also an update, my package still has not been found even though I've spoken to them countless of times. Good thing the company I was sending the package back to just refunded me my money when I let them know that USPS lost my package.

Hours of operation vary. It definitely will not be on time. My advice to you is if you come here for postal related stuff and you come to find that they are not open during the posted hours, just go somewhere else. Save your time and back problems cause ain't no chairs in here either. It's morning and the "retail lobby" is supposed to be open by 9:30am. The customers waiting can hear people in the back moving and talking. We were told to wait cause everyone was on a lunch break? Like it's morning time how yall on a lunch break? The line is about to be out the door and down the street. No cap!

Every time a vendor uses USPS, I never receive my package if it’s left up to this location. Literally every single time. This can’t be coincidence. What aren y’all doing? Eating the packages? Selling them? Please…

Today I visited this post office to check my P.O. Box. And to do other business. I asked the male clerk if he could check my mailbox becuz I didn’t have my key. He ask for me for my id then went to the back as if he was going to get my mail from the P.O. Box.. he returns and says it was a lot of names and he couldn’t find my mailbox. When the whole time my mailbox was closed. He looked me in my dam face and lied. Usually I would get a notice????. Clearly these people not do’n a good job at all. His manorism was lazy he was sitting at the counter with his head down playing on his phone so unprofessional and not a good look. Then laugh’n and joking with a female employee that was even more unprofessional and seem to have an attitude. Even observe’n there unprofessional behavior towards other customers. I lived near this post office for years and never experienced this kind of service never. The worst. The two clerks been at this post office a short time and they both don’t need to be working with the public at all. If I could give no stars it would definitely be a zero. I will be relocating my P.O. Box to the downtown location. I definitely don’t feel comfortable knowing my mail has to come to this location.
