So I went to another USPS location and they accepted them without making a new labels.This is not the first time this happened to me. If there was a zero option I would rate them 0 stars!

- TLTy'Rianna LeslieMay 10, 20261.0ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! 0 stars is what they deserve. I dropped my package off to be shipped back to the sender. A month went by and there still was no update regarding where my package was. The front clerks have terrible customer service and the worst attitudes. But they made sure to charge me almost $5 for tape to attach my label. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!!! Also an update, my package still has not been found even though I've spoken to them countless of times. Good thing the company I was sending the package back to just refunded me my money when I let them know that USPS lost my package.

My advice to you is if you come here for postal related stuff and you come to find that they are not open during the posted hours, just go somewhere else. Save your time and back problems cause ain't no chairs in here either. It's morning and the "retail lobby" is supposed to be open by 9:30am. The customers waiting can hear people in the back moving and talking. We were told to wait cause everyone was on a lunch break? Like it's morning time how yall on a lunch break? The line is about to be out the door and down the street. No cap!
