    Had a package come to this location and it was scanned as it left from there but never made it any place else it’s sad you try and purchase something and the people you are suppose to trust steal your items and lie and say it was sent to next location but never made it I tried speaking to someone there but they was no help and giving me the run around I am highly disappointed and annoyed by these actions and it’s no other way to track my package so gotta pray the merchant I purchased off reimburse me smh horrible experience

    Recently, we had two packages marked as delivered on separate days, both noted as “given to an individual.” However, our camera footage shows the mail carrier scanned the packages but did not leave them at our residence. I spoke with a representative at the post office who took my information and said they would call me back, but I never received a follow-up and the packages still have not arrived. I would have appreciated at least a return call acknowledging the packages were scanned incorrectly, along with a sincere apology. Additionally, we’ve noticed that our longtime mail carrier, who served our route for years, is no longer delivering our mail, and there have been several different carriers over the past few months. We sincerely hope all is well with our previous carrier they are truly missed. We never experienced any issues, and they were always polite and professional.
