Been having nothing but package delivery issues for the last 2 years living in the area. Countless times packages are marked as “Delivered” and it’s a lie as the apt complex I live in has cameras I’ve had them check and the delivery driver never even showed that day. If this is your home branch you will most likely have at least 1 package lost or never show up. Drivers don’t take pride in their work and the community suffers.

Spent an hour here just to send a package because of terrible customer service and lack of basic support in navigating what shipping boxes/ envelopes to use. Had to switch to a different package after time spent packaging and taking. At another point a customer had to point me in the right direction. This is absurd. Either spend one day with clear signage explaining all the options to customers or be more helpful.

I experienced some of the most appalling customer service I’ve ever experienced at this USPS location. And I’ve worked in customer service dealing with the public for countless of years. After asking the clerk if I could borrow a sharpie to cross out an old shipping label, I was then exploded on, declared RUDE in front of the whole business and shipped off to her supervisor because of MY behavior. WHAT??? She proceeded to tell me I was ‘done’ and kept my package to the side, with me not knowing if it was going to be shipped correctly since she was not going to print a receipt, frankly I thought she might throw it in the trash because of her actions. She proceeded to ask others in line if they thought she was being rude to me (surprise, they said yes). Literally causing a major scene in the store. This is after myself and other customers waited at least 5 minutes to be serviced. After the supervisor rang me up, I did not get one apology and the other clerk still continued to argue and say things under her breath. The supervisor did nothing. Insane behavior from the clerk and management. For a government run business that needs all the help it could get, these workers and location is a major L for USPS. I will never step foot in this location after treatment today. Do better.
