- MAMohamed AbdoSep 8, 20261.0This lady is so so unprofessional and is trying to lose costumers every time i go to this location she gives me a problem one time she told me if i have more than five packages i should go to the other usps locations because her location is busy because they deliver to downtown area and the hospitals and then another time i only had 3 pre labeled packages she was refusing to give me a receipt saying i have to get a manifest or request usps porch pick then another time she said something wrong about the package then i told her to bring the manager and the manager came and helped me instead because this lady started being rude and loud

She had braids and a ponytail and she was absolutely incredibly rude and disrespectful had no interest in helping me and I felt like so disrespected. I really hope that leadership trains. This young woman had to be respectful and professional, especially in an environment like the United States postal office.
- AIAdil IzzatAug 25, 20261.0Purely appalling experience each and every time. The behavior I experienced at this post office was absolutely repulsive and completely unacceptable. The employee was shockingly aggressive, hostile, and unprofessional, with an attitude that was completely inappropriate for someone entrusted with handling customers’ personal mail and property. It is genuinely disturbing that this level of behavior is apparently tolerated in a workplace serving the public. The employee’s demeanor was confrontational, disheveled, and utterly lacking in basic professionalism or respect. I have never encountered such an unpleasant and inappropriate interaction at a post office - or anywhere for that matter. The USPS should have significantly higher standards for the people representing them and handling customers’ personal belongings. This was an absolutely disgraceful experience and one that should never be considered acceptable customer service.
