  I am very satisfied with the service. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The location is very convenient in Downtown Detroit for returning Amazon packages, making photocopies, shipping packages, and much more. Thanks to the cashier who assisted me; she was very friendly and efficient.

  The workers were incredibly rude from the second I walked through the door, not sure if they had a bad day before I got there but it got taken out on me….

  I did an Amazon return. On Amazon it says, “no box required” etc, but the associate, a lady not black or white, made me package my own items. I’ve never experienced this. It was weird. As if she didn’t want to touch the clothing item. This happened at 12:56 pm on Thursday, July, 2, 2026.

  Worst store ever!!! They have had my things for at 5 days! And it still out for delivery! I was supposed to have it yesterday! Then it turned into today! It was supposed to be here before 1! Now it’s before 9! I usually don’t get my things delivered in Detroit! Because of reasons like this! I usually do oakpark 🥰! Never had any issues! Detroit is horrible and I will never use them again I promise! I just want my things!

  Should be no stars. I’ve gone to this UPS twice. The woman that runs this specific one (or manages it? I don’t know what she does) has been there both times I have gone (she has an accent, glasses, and an awful attitude) is always terrible. She’s rude as heck for no reason. She isn’t even pleasant from the jump. She doesn’t welcome you. No smile. No hello. She looks mad you even came in there to bother her. It’s wild. You walk in, you’ve done nothing yet, and she’s already looking at you like she wishes you’d leave. She won’t even entertain you speaking more than a couple words before cutting you off to BE RUDE. You can’t explain anything to her or really ask her anything because she does a whole eye roll cut you off mid sentence with a shrug of contempt. In this time, where everyone is financially struggling and you can choose where you put your money take it to another ups store because if it’s hers or she manages it I don’t want her getting a single penny from me until she learns how to speak to people properly and stop acting like being behind the counter of ups makes her Jeff bezos and that she can just speak to customers like they don’t pay her money. It’s gross and as soon as I walked in and saw her I immediately wanted to leave because the first time left such a bad taste in my mouth but I had stuff to get done, paid my uber, and forgot she worked at that one. It’s just close to me. Next time I’m taking the further trip to hopefully get a person who actually likes people or can at least pretend better.
