And that was despite the fact that it was very well packed! A big thank you to UPS for the broken monitor and for ruining my mood!

As a legal professional, I frequently encounter tight deadlines, rushed packages, and impatient judges. Not only is the process seamless, but my interactions at this location are truly uplifting. I recently started a new job, and still remembered to come here when in a pinch for time while working on a big project. I originally went online for a solution, but the website-provided ETA didn’t work for my deadline. I called the store and was met with a cheerful store associate who let me know the job could be completed in less time than the website generated. She provided clear steps on nexts steps and communication was consistent and prompt throughout the 24-hour process. Upon pickup I realized the staff is different from my last visit, about a year ago, yet, the great service stands. Keep up the excellent work!
