  I was very disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I was charged a $10 "hold and pick-up" fee for a package that was delivered by UPS. As a customer, it's reasonable to assume that a UPS Store is part of the UPS network and that, after paying for shipping, there should not be an additional fee simply to collect a UPS-delivered package. What made this even more frustrating is that I picked up another UPS package from the same store only a month ago and was not charged any pick-up fee. The inconsistent application of this policy makes the charge seem arbitrary and unfair. If this is indeed the store's policy, it should be clearly disclosed before customers have packages sent there. Unexpected fees at the time of pickup create a poor customer experience and undermine trust. The package handling process was also unnecessarily frustrating. Unlike other UPS Stores, where staff can locate a package using the recipient's name, this store could not find my package that way. I had to log into my email account and retrieve the tracking number before they were able to locate it. This suggests a disorganized package management process that creates unnecessary inconvenience for customers. Overall, between the unexpected $10 fee, the inconsistent enforcement of the policy, and the inefficient package retrieval process, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope the store improves its customer service by applying its policies consistently, communicating fees upfront, and adopting a more efficient system for managing customer packages.

  Owners and staff the best, no other UPS store can compete with how helpful they are and not to mention the prices.. This the go to place for any prints you need

  Randi is absolutely amazing and always gets me together. Everyone is always so pleasant and supportive. I always go to this location because I know I’ll be properly taken care of.
