  Worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service. I don't know who or what is letting you down over there at RXO. It's either the people or your software. Original delivery date was 5/9. That was moved to 5/13 because the warehouse was too busy for the 9th. Took off work to be here for the delivery on 5/13. Got a text message on the 13th saying that my new date was 5/19. Called and spoke to someone who said they could get it delivered 5/14. Got a text shortly after saying that the new delivery was 5/21. Spoke to someone again who said they were too busy and that the 21st was the soonest they could deliver. Refused shipment and cancelled the order completely. What happened to May 9,13,14,19? If this is how you run your business, I would assume it won't be around much longer. If you would communicate better a lot of this could be avoided. Don't allow your team on the phone to pick dates that are not available. Apologies don't work when you make the same mistake over and over again. Will never do business with RXO EVER AGAIN. Steer clear.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Coyote was great, since they got acquired they instantly turned terrible. Moved a small load with them, everything matched up with what was quoted. Paid my bill and moved on. Since then I’ve gotten constant bills and threats of collection for a bill nearly double what they quoted. I’ve called, emailed, and physically mailed to them (their portal is a joke) yet no one responds just more automated billing emails. Shame when a good company gets run into the ground by a bad one **EDIT** they responded with an email to contact, immediately sent them all the details and they not-surprisingly never responded to that either
