  Blatantly lazy. Was standing in lobby for about 5 minutes and when I said I was there to pick up my package I was told they didn’t have enough staff to find it. Kind of ironic that’s literally your job.

  Marked my package as delivered when it wasn't, and appears to have falsified my signature on the proof of delivery. No communication in response to my trace request, just a perfunctory closure several days later when the package was delivered. No indication from DHL where the package was left; eventually found it in an inappropriate location.

  I visited this DHL location today and received outstanding service. As it happened, it was the employee's very first day, and she mentioned I was her first customer! Even though she was still learning the ropes, she was thorough, patient, and made the entire process smooth and easy. It’s rare to find such high-quality service right from day one. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work—she is a wonderful asset to the team!
