The worst experience ever. They kept scheduling my deliver after 5 pm but the address is apartment office which closes at 5:00 pm. They couldn’t deliver it yesterday and rescheduled my delivery after 5:00pm again. It’s like a never ending stupid cycle. It’s been several days since my recovered delivery time. I have to change the address to my home and stay in for the entire day to wait for it. The package is expensive so I can’t do a signature release. Costumer service non existence all AI crap circling around tracking number without being helpful at all. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Blatantly lazy. Was standing in lobby for about 5 minutes and when I said I was there to pick up my package I was told they didn’t have enough staff to find it. Kind of ironic that’s literally your job.

Marked my package as delivered when it wasn't, and appears to have falsified my signature on the proof of delivery. No communication in response to my trace request, just a perfunctory closure several days later when the package was delivered. No indication from DHL where the package was left; eventually found it in an inappropriate location.
