- HHHudaMay 2, 20261.0Worst customer service I absolutely hate coming here, I literally put it off till the last second to return my package if it’s at usps, only reason I do is because my returns force me to ship out from here, ups across the street has way better customer service, only bitter people work at usps it’s ridiculous, lady wouldn’t even offer to help tape my box a customer had to help me no damn respect, I was also forced to purchase tape because apparently and I quote “don’t do that ups does” even though my return label clearly says that they’ll package and tape my package for me which I brought it in packaged just needed tape but nope she forced me to buy one. hopefully one day they close for good and I never have to come here again.
- AMA MApr 23, 20265.0I come here often but today was different. Any other day would’ve been normal. They’re usually all helpful considering how busy this place gets. Kahray (I hope I spelled her name right) was super helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me with my situation today. I typically send out small packages every now and then but I had legal documents that I had to send out this time and it was my first time doing so. She explained every step of the way, she was so kind and even backed me up when the rude customer behind me was talking crap to me underneath her breath. The older white lady was sweet and helpful as well. God bless these ladies, they need a raise.
- NFNour FarajApr 14, 20261.0I waited in line for a quite while, and when it was finally my turn, the employee helping me, BETTY ,told me I needed to go get a bag and then return to the back of the line. What was frustrating is that instead of allowing me to quickly grab the bag and continue my transaction, I was sent back to the line .When I returned, another agent became available, and Betty abruptly told me to go to him, saying “you can go to him instead of standing and staring at me,” which felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Customer service should be about helping people efficiently and respectfully, especially after long wait times.
