- NBNancy Baydoun6 days ago1.0If I can give this place zero stars I would. Never again will I use this location to ship anything. They lose your packages which is really interesting and when you ask for a receipt they say they can’t reprint them out. Customer service is horrible. I’ve had to contact UPS corporate to file claims for lost packages because this location can’t do its job.

I was met with extreme rudeness by an employee named Andrew. Not only was there a $2.00 'queuing fee' just to open an email—which is unheard of at other locations like Lathrup Village—but when I asked for a simple explanation of the costs, Andrew became dismissive and eventually refused service, claiming I was 'yelling' simply for asking about the pricing. As a professional and a local resident, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and the attempt to overcharge for basic printing. I'll be taking my business to Staples from now on."
