    Came to staples today morning for a quick purchase and Amazon return, it took me an hour to finish. Unfortunately there was only 1 cashier and like a long Line of people all of them waiting to returning and purchase things. Amanda was the only cashier who stayed up and ended up helping the people. She stayed calm and calmed the people down too. The leadership need to take this into this and either close the store if there are enough people to work or bring in people to help the customer

    Staff was very friendly even considering when I was there they had a huge rush, wait time wasn’t long considering how many customers were there and being around 5:30. Amanda was AWESOME helping me with my purchase and even helped me with registering the protection plan I purchased afterwards as well made everything quick and easy! These guys don’t get enough credit for what they do!

    Had to pick up a few things for work today and was helped by Amanda and the warehouse worker in the back which I didn’t catch his name but from both of these associates customer service was TOP NOTCH and they insisted on going above and beyond to help me. And I have to say after reading a lot of these negative reviews I can tell some of these people have never worked a retail job, while yes at times the line at checkout became long (due to surges of customers coming in for Amazon returns/package drop off) every associate was kind and worked extremely hard to help each and every person through the line even when some people were downright rude and raising their voices at the associates. These reviews don’t correctly represent how awesome these guys did and I’m sure a lot would change their outlook if they had to work a day in these associates shoes (if they could make it a whole day🤣)

    This is the second time I was helped by Clareice (I probably spelled that wrong) and Jordan. Each time I was greeted politely and helped quickly. Even when it was as busy and the morning staff messed up my order, they were both extremely attentive, focused, and knowledgeable. My issue was fixed even though they WERE NOT the ones who caused it. I recently came a few minutes before closing and there was no issue at all. Always friendly and helpful. As long as they are on staff, I’ll continue coming back.

    I went in to return two Amazon orders. When I walked in I had both of my young nephews and asked the first person I saw, where I would go to return. Instead of saying “right here, I can help you” Lisa, yes I made sure I got her name, told me that I needed to read the three signs that I walked past. When I apologize and explained that I had my two young nephews with me, she told me that she had 4 kids and that it was not an excuse. When I told her she was being rude, she told me I decided to make a big deal about it. To which I replied that she did because all she had to say was “right here”. One of my nephews was shaking a container of gum and she kept rolling her eyes and pointing her hands out at him. I picked him up and told her she didn’t need to act like that, that he was two. She proceeded to give me attitude about the returns and then when I asked to speak to somebody else she told me she was the only person I could talk to. She asked me if the two items were on the same return. I told her no, she scanned one of my items and when I told her I had another one she told me she “wasn’t going to deal with me” and told me to “leave her store” and “make my return somewhere else” when I told her that she was being unacceptable, she called another employee over, who ended up directing me to the manager who helped me out. When I left the store I ended up having to go back because she didn’t actually put through my return. Thankfully, the manager did it for me. I cannot believe that is the person at the front register who deals with the public all day. That is completely unacceptable no matter how “stressed” you are. She needs to find a new job if she’s so unhappy with her current one. I’m a pretty reasonable person, she took it way too far. Not somebody who should be working with the public. I can’t imagine how many people she gets away with speaking to like that. I also truly feel for her coworkers. I can’t imagine working with somebody like that. God forbid somebody be going through something and have to deal with somebody like her.
