  I like the chairs you can sit on but everything is so expensive and complicated while we were shopping for school supplies. OFFICE MAX is way better go there instead. And they have better school supplies. This place is big RIPOFF.

  I went to make a copy. Another gentleman and I were having trouble figuring out the method. A man was standing at a desk in the cashier area without offering to help. An associate passed and when we called out for help, she came back a few minutes later. The man who had been watching came over to help me and was rude and treated me like I was stupid. He asked impatiently, "Have you ever sent an email?" I'd forgotten to send it to the staples.com. The guy talked to me so rudely it made me more frustrated and took a longer time to send my one document, than the machine needed paper and had to be redone, holding the five dollars on my card again. There was a long line being herded through on the other side and the associates were barking orders to the people impatiently. The customer service at this location is horrendous.

  Horrible staples literally don’t go here if you have amazon purchases doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in line or who you’re ahead of they will YELL in your face “ANYONE WITH A STAPLES PURCHASE COME AHEAD OF AMAZON” I waited 40 MINUTESSSSSSS in line for amazon!!!!!! you’re staff isn’t nice either nasty attitudes all around fix your staffing problem or do something else about this

  I have tried calling on 2 separate times today, thinking maybe they are just busy. But waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes is unacceptable. No one has picked up. This is terrible. I have 1 question and now I have to drive up there to ask it!??!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional service I received from Clarice and Jordan at Staples. During one of the most difficult times in my family’s life, they went above and beyond to help me print my loved one’s obituary with such kindness, patience, and compassion. With six hours in the store they saw how frustrated I was and they took the time to make sure everything looked perfect, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Their professionalism was matched only by their genuine care and empathy, which meant more to me than they will ever know during such an emotional moment. Customer service like this is rare, and Clarice and Jordan truly represent the very best of Staples. Thank you both for making a heartbreaking experience just a little easier. Your kindness, dedication, and willingness to help will never be forgotten. Staples is fortunate to have employees like you!
