  I made a shipment to Africa at this location and Hani was really helpful he answered all of my questions and explained everything in details like the tariffs and he was also able to help me put everything into boxes. This is a wonderful location with a wonderful employee

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. The staff showed a complete lack of knowledge and experience when handling my shipment. I had to call several times for help, and each time no one seemed to know what they were doing. There was no professionalism and no clear guidance — it felt like kids were running the place without proper training. I was charged $285 for packaging, duties, and shipping, yet my shipment ended up on hold because they did not process it correctly. When I asked for help, I was told to “go translate” or “go call,” which makes me question — what exactly was I paying for? If I’m paying for a service, I expect competence and support. Instead, this turned into a stressful headache. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service.
