My license is a current, government-issued ID — the same ID accepted by law enforcement and every other institution I’ve visited. This was not a legitimate policy concern; it was an excuse to refuse service. The staff member was dismissive and made no effort to help or find a solution. Based on the reviews here, this seems to be a pattern. Do better. Update: I immediately drove to the next nearest USPS location and was processed on the spot, no questions asked, same ID. Took five minutes. What happened at this location was not a policy issue — it was one employee choosing not to do her job.
