  I haven't had work done by Lorie, only an interaction. When I called Lorie answered the phone with a basic hello, which threw me off. I asked if he was Lorie with KMS2. He said yes. When I started to inquire about work, he rudely let me know he wasn't able to talk to a family situation and then hung up. My thought was if you can't talk then don't answer the phone. I wouldn't be surprised if I receive an unkind response to this review. I will be taking my items to another company.
