Only makes sense that they would post this on the website for the knowledge of the customers. But they don’t.

Staff Friday said no problem call when they open Saturday. Called Saturday morning and was informed we needed to come in person or do it online. So now we will be late to our event. Had the staff all known the policy and we knew we had to come in or do it online we could've Friday. The need to make sure all staff knows their policies!!😡😡
