- PSPaul SoperJul 20, 20261.0Looks like I'm one of many who gets extremely rude customer service from this location. His name tag was worn but I believe it was Nobil and he was working at 3 pm on Tuesday July 21, 2026. Basically he would not look at me, had a look on his face as if he hated his life and didn't even look at me when he handed me the receipt. I waited for a thank you or have a good day and he was silent. So I said "thanks for the friendly customer service". He responded with "I do my best". At least I finally got him to talk. I tried to contact FedEx customer service and they make it absolutely impossible to speak with someone. Two for two today FedEx! I'm now a loyal UPS person.

She even made the effort to call me after I submitted my order to let me know they did turn out correctly and I can now enjoy my weekend at ease!
