  I arrived 5 minutes before closing, and another person came just a minute before me, and they were able to have their package shipped. However, I was refused, and they told me it would be sent the next day. I consider this to be racial discrimination Some of the employees made me feel unwelcome, as if I was asking them for something for free

  The UPS Store on S Willowbrook Rd Ste A in Coldwater Mi I really need to mention several very good things about this store. The employees are awesome so very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can to even to get you the help you need. They have assisted me with many different things when I was totally confused they guided me through with ease. The best part of that was it was done with the biggest respect not making me feel any less for not knowing. So if you want great service, friendly atmosphere, working with young people (Laren, Ethan, Amber) who are happy to help you in anyway way they can then The UPS Store in Coldwater Mi is where you need to go!!!
