- JSJim Certified Business SolutionsAug 20, 20261.0Recently, mail addressed to my PO Box has been returned as “No Such Address.” The clerk told me this was because my physical address also appears on the envelope but could not explain what changed to cause the issue. I have maintained a PO Box at Clio USPS for more than 20 years. My invoices and business mail have always included both my physical address and PO Box number, and this was never a problem before. Now, important mail is being returned even though it is addressed to a valid PO Box. Clio USPS should be able to deliver mail to its own PO Boxes. I have experienced other customer-service issues in the past that were slowly (weeks to months) resolved, but this situation has put me over my limit.

We had an interesting road construction situation all summer that lead to me having to contact pretty frequently for package pickups since they couldn't get to our home; they were super nice and helpful each time I called. Gotta appreciate the small things in life like good customer service!
