- SMSandra MarkhamAug 20, 20261.0I did not receive all six of my monthly bills in July. I believe that the mail carrier at that time (he suddenly quit) stole all my bills and billing information before he left. I could understand one bill being lost, but for six to be lost and never delivered....there can be only one explanation, and that is they were stolen by the mail carrier. Very, very upsetting! Because I didn't receive the bills I didn't know the amounts I owed or when they were due, so I was late on some, spent hours trying to fix this which took days. It lowered my credit score....I was never late in paying bills until this point, but when you don't know the amount you owe, and where to send the payment, there's a huge problem. This never should have happened. I've lost all trust in the USPS.. And we've become a most dishonest and untrustworthy society as a whole. Years ago, this never would have happened. Now you can't trust anyone.

I had to drive 5 miles back home to tape my box, that's very cheap and inconvenient of you. Then when I tried to pay that same employee said I can't pay with a Mastercard. Im convinced she is lying. Why aren't all payments accepted at a post office? This is dumb!
