  This store excels in customer service. The staff are polite, patient, experienced, and always take the time to help me with all my shipping needs. I’m always in and out of the store quickly, mostly due to the expert staff. This is my go to The UPS Store.

  The owner Paula quoted me $517 for just mailing not even packaging a 3 lb 24 x 36 thin canvas painting to Las Vegas, a gift for my brother and sister in law. Then quoted $150 to package it bringing total up to approximately $700. Long story short i said i was going to USPS to see their pricing where she said they were probably more money, they UPS were the experts. Well USPS was SHOCKED and in no way could fathom where that price could come from. They do not package but I can do that, my quotes were between $40 plus to $105 getting it there around 5-6 days. Are you kidding me? I went back to UPS asked Paula if there could possibly be a mistake and was gaslit for probably 5 minutes on how she was in the business 21 years WAS NOT wrong and good luck go to USPS. I asked her employee Anna who was honest and lovely to run the numbers again and to which she came up at $200 for mailing and $105 for packing. $305 vs approximately $700? Well if im wrong finally she said, there was no denying her employee, she said i apologize! I gave her all the time in the world to stop gaslighting me and run the numbers to verify. As an owner their is zero lack of integrity and trying to overcharge your customers so grotesquely is criminal. Be very careful when sending your things or find an owner with integrity. Beyond awful!

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere, and judging by the number of recent negative reviews, it’s clearly a pattern, not a one-off issue. The main problem is Paula, who presents herself as the owner but behaves in a way that is completely unprofessional, dismissive, and openly disrespectful to customers. There has been a noticeable drop in quality at this location, and it’s not hard to see why. Many of the long-time employees are gone, and the overall atmosphere and level of service have deteriorated significantly. After taking my business to another UPS Store, I asked them if they knew Paula, “the owner” and I was informed that Paula is not actually the owner. That makes the way she represents herself and treats customers even more concerning. At this point, this location feels mismanaged and out of alignment with the standards you would expect from this brand. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere until corporate addresses the situation and makes meaningful changes.

  Worst customer service. The owner was incredibly rude and even mimicked my body movements when I tried to express my unhappiness with her service. Yes, the service from the owner herself was the problem. I thought about signing for my mailbox for another year since I’ve been a customer for 10 years but after the absolutely rude and unprofessional behavior from the owner I will find a different UPS Store or another mailbox service. The staff I always worked with at this location are gone replaced by this awful woman. I highly recommend you skip this place and find an alternative.
