  I went to this UPS location on Garfield and needed a box to return a tent. Jasmine was very professional and efficient. I was going to get smaller boxes but she recommended the 15x15 box instead. So I purchased 2 of those thinking I needed them both. Because of Jasmine being very knowledgeable and recommending the right size box, I only needed 1. Her great customer service allowed me to return one if the boxes that I didn’t need and saved me $16. In this economy that’s helpful. Great customer service is very rare these days, but Jasmine was a breath of fresh air! Thank You Jasmine for coming to work today! You did a great job and truly helped me. UPS has a gem in Jasmine.

  Wanted to charge me 2 dollars to print a return label and another 2 dollars for an envelope to do an Amazon return. The UPS store on hall and heydenreich will print you a label and package your Amazon return for free. Never returning to this location.

  The manager Mirza has the best customer service that I’ve experienced. He always greets you with a warm welcome, he goes over and beyond to help everyone that walks through the door. His staff is the same way very nice and welcoming. I will always choose this location for my package needs. Thank you Mirza for being so kind and assisting me with my return.
