  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There are some businesses you simply visit, and then there are businesses where the people genuinely become part of your community. That is exactly how I feel about this UPS Store. The owner is truly an exceptional person. Over the years, he has gotten to know me and my family personally, and what means the most to me is that he genuinely cares about our well-being. He remembers us, asks how my family is doing, and always treats us with kindness, patience, respect, and sincerity. That type of genuine human connection is something you simply cannot put a price on. Every single time I walk through the door, I know I am going to be taken care of. Whether I need something simple or something that requires extra help, he consistently goes above and beyond without ever making me feel rushed or like I am asking too much. For me, this is no longer just a UPS Store. It is a place operated by someone my family has come to know, trust, and truly appreciate. When someone running a business takes the time to care about you not only as a customer, but as a person and as a family, that deserves recognition. From my entire family, thank you for all the kindness you have shown us and for always looking out for us. We sincerely appreciate you more than words can express. Five stars honestly does not feel like enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I will start out by saying I’ve always had excellent service, the young men and the owner are always so friendly and helpful, until this morning. There was a woman there with glasses and shoulder length hair, she kindly helped me with my returns, until I politely asked her to dispose of my package wrapper that she didn’t need to use, there was no garbage can that I could dispose of myself. She snatched the wrapper from me with an irritated look on her face, threw it in the garbage can behind the counter and made a snarky sound. I stopped and looked at her, I chose not to address her rudeness. Although I wish I would have because it compelled me to write a review of my experience. Her attitude towards me really rubbed me the wrong way.
