  The driver just came and slap a sticker on my door at 8:13 AM. I got the notification of attempt delivery around 8:30 AM the same day. FedEx usually drops off residential packages after 12:00 AM, but I guess the goofy driver will have a lot of packages returned to the station upon his dumb decision making. FedEx please train your drivers better. Fire this goofy driver.

  I went to the FedEx Shipping Center to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered that day, but there had been some kind of issue and it wasn’t delivered. Even though I wasn’t able to get the package, the representative who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. I had a few questions, and he clearly explained exactly what I needed to do and who I needed to call next. His help made the drive there feel worthwhile. Thank you again for the great customer service. I just wish I remembered his name so I could mention him personally!

  The absolute worst. I paid a lot of money for my package to be here at a specific day and my package was late, not only that my package was severally damaged even though it had fragile all over it. I paid for my package to be delivered at my door and they have the audacity to call and tell me I have to pick up my package. FedEx need to do better😒
