The man working at the register tried to scan the receipt, but apparently it was too faded to scan. Instead of getting a manager or entering the receipt number manually, he insisted on processing it as a “no receipt” return, so he refused to give me anything but a gift card even though I had the receipt. All this after waiting 15 minutes to be helped with a line growing behind me. Shop somewhere that pretends to care about its customers instead.

Currently standing in line (only person in this line) for over 10 minutes as one elderly gentleman does both check out and amazon returns. I understand helping customers first but this is unacceptable. He asked for help with the line and has received none. DO BETTER!!
- JHJulie HApr 2, 20261.0The TSA precheck service is terrible. They told me not to make an appointment. But when I got there, there were 9 people in front of me, at 10 minutes per transaction. Every time someone showed up that had an appointment it would push the line back another 10 minutes. Only one young man was working to process everyone. Estimate wait time was over two hours. I finally just left, without getting processed. When I got there, there were 9 people in front of me, and after waiting 30 minutes, I had 12 people in front of me as the appointment line kept growing and overtaking the non-appointment line. Note: even the appointment line was taking over 30 minutes. I ended up going over to Office Max on John R. It took me 7 minutes in and out!
