  Their selection of Party City supplies is poor at best. Not much to choose from.

  I went in to have a Medicare card laminated. While I was standing there, the Customer Service person took a call, when she got off the call. I asked if she would laminate my Medicare card and she said there’s no time that she was behind and that they could not take a rush order. She was very rude.

  I took in a return to Amazon and felt very sorry for the workers there. There was one person at the cashier and one person at the returns and many people in both lines. I returned my Amazon item and ask for a physical receipt and was told I would receive an email. I did not receive an email or a refund and this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. It is not the fault of the two women behind the counters but lack of staffing for this location. They were both very polite but totally overwhelmed. One of them had asked the manager if she could go to lunch and was told no. I will not use this Staples location again.

  One of the employees handling Amazon returns was unnecessarily rude. I had a few returns and apologized for taking some time, but he responded, “Apologize to the people behind you. I get paid to do this.” I waited my turn just like everyone else, so I don’t think I should have been made to feel like I was inconveniencing him or anyone else by using a service the store provides.

  The girl I had talk to was super sweet, and honestly, I wish she would have been the one to spiral-bind my book. We had talked about it before, and I feel like she would have been more careful with my book because I specifically wanted as little of the pages cut off as possible. Andrew was the one who actually did it, and unfortunately, he messed up my book. The lamination was done poorly and had a lot of bubbles, and so many of the words and numbers were cut off when the book was spiral-bound. My friends who have the same book recommended that I get it spiral-bound as well, but when they had theirs done, none of their words or numbers were cut off like mine were. I’m honestly just really disappointed because I was trying to preserve as much of the original book as possible, and now a lot of the content has been cut off. I should’ve just went to fedex or ups.they definitely do not care for other people paid belongings I had just bought the book too.
