Alec in Print Dept went above and beyond assisting me with the printing of my mom's obituary. He attention to each detail and his expert knowledge of various computer software programs and phone applications resulted in a perfect obituary. Shelby also offered her assistance. I will seize every opportunity to recommend Staples print services.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shelby at Staples in Clawson! She helped me with every single print order leading up to my Great Lakes Mama Summer Send-Off event and was consistently thoughtful, kind, patient, and incredibly efficient. Every order was handled with so much care, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready quickly and looked beautiful. Having someone so dependable during a busy event week made such a difference. I am incredibly appreciative of Shelby and all of her help. She is truly an asset to this location!

This store is chronically understaffed. Wait time checkouts are always excessive. 10-15 minutes. One employee doing Amazon returns and working the register for buyers while two supervisors roam around the store looking at their phones or just staring off into space Management informed politely and consistently never improve the problem

I had a really great customer service experience with the printing crew at staples. I came in an hour before they closed and needed to print some large posters asap (I had just come from FedEx where I was denied help). Although they were pretty booked, they were able to squeeze me in so I got my posters printed in time. The service at the printing counter was excellent, they made the right recommendations, helped me get savings with some coupons, and were very on top of their work. I really appreciated their help getting something I needed fast in a pinch!

I had a really nice experience at this Staples. Bob, the cashier, is an older man who was super kind and polite. He greeted me with a big smile and made my visit feel easy and pleasant. While we were talking, I asked him why he was still working instead of being retired at home, and he told me he needed the money. That made me sad 😕. I wish he could be relaxing and enjoying retirement, but I’m glad Staples gives him the chance to keep working and take care of himself. Thank you, Bob, for being so kind. And thank you to the manager and Staples for giving older employees the chance to keep working. People like Bob really make a difference. 🙏
