  I was there at the interaction that Ruebee More commented and definitely agree that the tall blonde haired guy needs to be disciplined. I was in the Amazon return line at the time and there was 4-6 people in line throughout that timeframe and the associate was busy catching a bird that flew into the store and had no intention of flying away or causing havoc. It was completely insulting to the Ruebee and her two girls to just stand there to be next helped and the associate spent about 5 mins trying to get this bird. I saw her walk to get another associate attention and to get the manager and got no help. I saw Ruebee ringing up her items because it was getting so long. Eventually he came to help, but was just bad customer service from most of the associates. Shout out to the girl that did Amazon returns, you were trying. The rest need some help and retraining

  Not sure if the young guy with glasses behind the register today was special needs or just prejudice. After ringing everyone else, when its my turn to get rang up. He decides to try and catch a bird that had been in the store since we walked in?! I asked twice if he could ring me up before he chases a bird around and was ignored. I asked for a manager that never came. So i started ringing up my own items ON HIS REGISTER!! This was 7/3 @ 417pm. Register 3 cashier 2034351

  The man at the counter was really nice but they’re super understaffed. They have 2 lines. One is Amazon, one is checkout. But one employee working both AND filling balloons. During graduation season? They should at least be able to pull someone over to help. He was SWEATING.

The employee on duty explicitly didn't scan the item and systematically denied my request for a drop-off receipt. To date, the return has not been processed. ​Upon reviewing the public feedback for this specific location, it is evident that this is not an isolated incident. There is a documented pattern of similar consumer complaints, suggesting systemic negligence or potential misappropriation of customer property by the staff. ​I request an immediate internal investigation into this matter, including a review of the store's surveillance footage for that day, and the immediate processing of my refund. Failure to resolve this matter appropriately will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue to Amazon Corporate and relevant consumer protection authorities.

  I came in to get my TSA precheck. The guy with messy hair was... so... slow... He had 6 people in line and it took over an hour because he wouldn't let us type anything ourselves on the kiosk even though it is our information we were putting in. The prompts were already in the screen and he would repeat them in the slowest possible way. Everyone with even a little bit of urgency could have done all of it themselves in 3 minutes. He deliberately made it slower and had the audacity to say to the few people in line, "That they close at a specific time and he won't be able to help everyone". Yes he could have, he could have moved faster.
