  Have used the storm many times, the Associate led me to believe that they were going to properly package heirloom China that was dropped off. They put it in a box with two pieces of bubble wrap. It arrived completely destroyed.

  The Chelsea MI UPS store charged $76 to send a letter from Chelsea MI to Petoskey MI next day air saver. I called UPS and they said the charge should be $44.45. I was told to take up the concern with the store. The Chelsea store insists that their rate is correct. We will never use UPS again and will make sure to tell everyone about their questionable business practices

  Thank you to the team member who helped me out today with my Amazon order. I was trying to locate my ID and had concerns that it was in the return package. I appreciate the help! I found it later in my vehicle.

  They do a great job. Use them all the time, everything from Amazon returns to Christmas pkgs. going way up in the mountains in Colorado.
