  Two black women are by far the rudest people I’ve ever came across it’s ridiculous, they don’t speak, they have attitudes, they yell at the elders if they aren’t able to understand them clearly it’s sad, please do better. I’ll never come back to this location.

  If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I show up in line, smile at the woman who glares at me and say “hi, I’m here to send out this mail but I think I need—“ then interrupts me to rudely snap at me to “what? What you think you need?” To which I replied “a stamp”. She snaps at me again to “put it on the scale”. I weighed it, then she snatched it off, goes “you did this WAY wrong. You gotta redo this whole thing then come back. The address goes HERE, this other address goes HERE.” Slams the package towards me, yells “NEXT”. I fixed the address, went back in line, tried to be nice again. She kept acting like I was interrupting her as she chatted on FaceTime with her friends in one earbud. Made me feel like I shouldn’t have showed up at all, belittled me and made me feel stupid. Kept interrupting me while I was talking, rolling her eyes, and making side comments to her friends on FaceTime. Had a major attitude the whole time despite me being respectful and cordial while she played on video call in her phone. Acted like my existence was bothering her, as if she wasn’t there to do her job. Very disrespectful woman, I voted on the kiosk that the employee was not respectful at all. Hopefully she sees this and does better, or the company sees this and reminds her that if she cannot handle speaking to customers then she should not work in a customer service job. I have never been so disrespected and treated so badly by an employee.

  Fingerprinting services are not provided from 8:00am - 8:00pm. Arrived at 7:30pm and was told he doesn’t have time for that today. Please update your online schedule for accurate available times for fingerprinting.

  It was 7:48 pm when I walked in the postal clerk look me straight in my face and closed the gate down as I was walking to the counter with my package and they're not to close until 8pm!!!!! Its ok because Karma is something else. I pray you never need services and be treated rude. He never said sorry im closing or nothing!!!!
