- HHHassen HamoodSep 9, 20261.0Early morning today (9/09) just after 9:00 a.m. I walk into this particular UPS location having one prepaid item with lable. I was the third person in line, One customer with a printing job getting done the other the clerk was apparently taking his time with, couldn't help but overhearing the non business leisure chatter.. 10 minutes go by still waiting and the person with the printing job finally gets his copy job completed and he's out the door. Another 10 minutes go by maybe more I look back of me and the once near empty store now has about five customers behind me trailing near the entrance while the same original customer is still being attended to with mixed business/non essential leisure chatter. Finally about 5 minutes after the original customer walks out the door, I walk up to the desk silently hand him my prepaid labeled item turn and proceed to walk out the door... When I overhear him say I could have used the kiosk if I didn't want to wait... I stay silent walking out the door. But what I wanted to do was turn around and say "I saw two customers ahead of me I didn't think I needed a (bleeping) kiosk!!"

I go in there quite often to return stuff from Amazon and TikTok, but they are so pleasant respectful they take their time most of all they’re always smiling each and every one of them I go in there sometime just to talk to him cause they’re so nice and this is the UPS on Ford Road in Canton, Michigan🥰🥰🥰🌺🌺🌺🌺
