  POSTED 5-10 Delivery is a terrible joke for me. We ordered a mattress + box springs about 40 days ago, scheduled a delivery date on the RXO app which was texted to me. The first attempted date, they rescheduled it AFTER the promised time. So I scheduled a second date, which worked although they were two hours late past the latest time. The crew not the most impressive, gave me some wrong info (new box springs weren't needed and I could get a refund). Then the company I ordered from reached out with a survey and I shared me awful delivery experience. They stated that the box springs can't be returned, so I said go ahead and get it to me....professionally. I got another text from RXO two weeks ago asking me to select a date...I scheduled for last Friday 8th; then I received a text last Wednesday 6th, stating my date changed to Saturday 9th and within 5 minutes to Sunday 10th. I called the phone number to RXO and got some non caring overseas rep to share my concern; he said he would attempt to get the appointment back to Friday 8th. Then a text stating it was moved to Friday 8th (temporary). Then a text stating it would be Saturday 9th. On Saturday 9th, I got a text stating it was reschedule for Wed 13th (like I'm just sitting around all day every day). Just now (Monday 11th) I got a text stating my date is now Thursday 14th. I honestly like to solve problems directly one on one. But I have reached out to the number with RXO twice and got hooked into an overseas rep's that don't understand problem solving....just kept saying, "ohhhh, sorry". I'm totally fried on this- UPDATE 5/15 Was hoping to report I received the delivery, but totally ghosted today. Changed the drop time twice, then no further communication. Reached out to the Social Media person (whom contacted me 5-10); she said she'd reach out to the local hub around 1 pm and heard nothing. What the heck?

  Team was very friendly, communicative. Delivery was ahead of schedule, I received text alerts of the new time frame and a half-hour out alert. When they arrived, they gave me a moment to get my cat into another room and out of the way. Even helped me put new protective covers on my mattress and foundation before setting on the frame. Would gladly work with them again.

  Ordered a sectional couch from Amazon and delivery was done by RXO. The delivery was rescheduled without notice and no communication or updates online regarding the delay. Arrived almost a week late and I had to call the company for the new delivery date after they didn’t show up on the expected day. Nearly every piece arrived dirty and damaged and only received 5 pieces of a 6 piece sectional. Returned the item through Amazon and they scheduled a return pickup for April 14th. RXO immediately rescheduled the pickup for April 24th. This delay means I don’t get refunded for my returned item until they complete their pickup. I reordered the same exact item and Amazon delivered themselves. It arrived early and in perfect condition. I would avoid this company if at all possible.
