  The two men who showed up were extremely nice and courteous. However, the policy of rxo is absolutely ridiculous. They dropped off large cabinets, and the heavier and bigger ones they would not move into the house for us because that's their policy. What is the point of a delivery service if they're going to drop large items in your driveway and expect you to move them by yourself? Get a different delivery service.

  I generally try not to do negative reviews, but I'm currently in the process of working through an issue with RXO, and the customer service has been terrible. We had a dishwasher that we ordered and initially after scheduling a date for delivery, we didn't receive a time before the date schedule (which they say you'll received at least a day before). The day of the delivery, since we had no idea when it was coming we stayed around, finally receiving an estimated range a little over half into the day, that went to 8pm. They ended up delivering the product an hour after the estimated range was over. What's worse, we ordered an unboxing and installation, and neither of those services were rendered. Instead of the company getting back with us to reschedule due to the inconvenience, we have had to call continuously to get someone out here to complete the delivery services and it has yet to be resolved. We are constantly given the run around and no resolution has been concluded. As a whole, I'm totally disappointed with the service that we have received and the customer service has been even worse with the wait times for getting into contact as well as the company not being able to get in touch with their own offices or management to get this resolved. I would advise anyone to use a different company if delivery is necessary especially if this is the type of service they don't mind extending to their customers. So please beware!!!!

  I have been rescheduled and canceled 4 times . Phone calls and call backs are representatives reading a script, not addressing the delay. Finally one rep said Canron. MI to my location was an hour drive and they are short on drivers. I am understanding by deliveries that are confirmed and then cancellations come at 5pm. That has caused me to miss work. Still don’t have my delivery from Marriott Bonvoy
