  Hours are posted as Sunday 10-4, door says open 7 days. But sunday at 12:18 doors are locked and its dark. Open sign is lit though. Made a special trip today to find them closed. 30 minutes one way wasted with gas almost $4 a gallon. AWESOME.

  Go to Pac Mail around the corner. They can do most shipping and are actually respectful to their customers. The woman working at UPS was shockingly rude to me to for no reason. I was friendly. When she said I had to pay for tape I said ok. There was just no reason for her attitude. I didn't tape 2 of my packages closed, but it really seems like just politely explaining their policy would have been sufficient without the attitude, derision, and eye rolling. Both women working there snapped at me that my things were not in shipping boxes even though they were in the boxes they came in and had shipping labels on them. Also, it's just a box. Calm down. Don't start snarling at people over some cardboard. She also had no time for me even though there wasn't a line and I wasn't taking an inordinate amount of time. Really, all of that could have been resolved without being offensively abrupt to the people you are getting paid to help. Super frustrating and they don't offer a service I can't get somewhere else, so I will avoid going back unless I absolutely have to. By the way, to ship all of my packages at Pac Mail it cost less than the amount they were charging me to tape 2 boxes closed at UPS.

  I absolutely dread coming to this stupid place. It’s always something new with this business. I take in a package and they tell me it needs to be taped up and if they have to do it, they charge $5.00, she made sure to tell me that they don’t make any money off of “these packages”. Everyone is rude here and treats you like crap. Especially the blonde haired lady, I don’t know if she’s the manager but this is my third visit here and this lady is beyond rude. She clearly dislikes people and her job. I wish someone would clean house here because this place SUCKS.

  I just don't understand why they have to be so nasty every single time. It costs nothing to be nice to customers.
