- MTMr. T5 days ago1.0They dont take care of the place. Always a bunch of trash blowing into everyone's yard that lives behind there. Mail sorting bins, envelopes, fast food and snack wrappers everywhere. They have a privacy fence that has fallen down in multiple spots for years with no attempt to fix them. Doesnt seem like they care about keeping up on the maintenance of the property which is effecting the area as a whole.
