- TSTraci S6 days ago1.0This post office is horrible and staff are not friendly at all. Reached out to them as the lock on our mailbox (Cluster mailbox unit) was no longer working and the keys would not go in. We stopped into the location and the staff behind the counter told us that it would cost us $25 for repair. We asked why we would need to pay since the lock they provided had failed. The man began yelling and telling us he could not help us. We asked to speak with a supervisor and that individual was just as rude. We were told that it may be two months before they are able to get to it. So unprofessional.

It’s a government office that’s supposed to open at 9:00 AM, yet the doors were still locked and no one responded when I knocked. If the posted hours say 9:00 AM, customers should be able to rely on that. People have work and other commitments, and this lack of professionalism is frustrating. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures the office opens on time.
