  The lady at the front with half blonde and half brown hair is not customer friendly. She is really upset and has an attitude with every consumer that walked into the ups place. I won’t be returning to ups and I will notify all my family and friends not to go to this location. The lady almost jumped at me over the counter because I was trying to return a package from Nike and I had a pre paid shipping label and she did not want to use her scanner to scan the code to have the label printed. Very unprofessional and makes the whole entire company look bad for hiring this lady.

  Went to drop off a package during COVID lockdown and I didn't even realize they closed so soon but the staff was absolutely fantastic, kind, speedy and safe. Thank you all for working so so hard during very trying times. We appreciate all of your hard work even when it goes unnoticed!

  I have used this location for years and am pleased to say they have been helpful, courteous and very professional with me. I have never had an issue with mailing packages, including overseas to our military child. (Which unfortunately I am not able to say with the USPS). I give them a heartfelt thumbs up. 👍

  Owner May I offer some advice . I googled this location for the business hours, saw the store had an extremely poor ratings and was curious as to why. It is not the poor customer reviews which make me not want to come in , it's your defensive, passive-aggressive response to each and every one of your customers who have ever had an unpleasant experience. In one sentence you're apologizing to the customer then in the next, telling them they're exaggerating From a business standpoint, that is not a way to gain nor keep customers. As annoying as they may be sometimes, the customer is always right and you absolutely can not tell them "they're exaggerating" no matter how irritated you are. Word of mouth is extremely powerful and you likely lost countless customers all because you can not control yours. Perhaps some business management courses at the local community college would be beneficial? From this, I will avoid this store and just wait until Monday to have my pickups scheduled as usual. One last thought: you are a "full service" UPS which means you package, label and TAPE, yet you are telling the customer they are not allowed to tape due to the noise? Sounds more like you just want the money for the full service and are using noise as an excuse.
