  This store used to be great. Now they have 3 African American ladies who have been rude every time I go in there. If you're white, they don't even look at you, but the African American customers they are so nice to. It's this way every time I go in there. Today, I had a qr code, didn't need a box, they wouldn't let me take it out of the box, kept arguing with me. They wanted to charge me for another box, when one wasn't needed to begin with! I let them know you don't do that. They told me come back tomorrow. From now on Kohl's can do my returns. I'd rather pay for shipping than deal with this treatment.

  This place has really gone downhill particularly over the last few months. I was there returning an Amazon package (9-20-23 at approx 10:30 am) when I was treated so rudely by the senior lady I couldn't believe it. No problem I can go a mile or so to Kohl's in the future to return all my Amazon pkgs.

  ALL PRAISE DOUG! 👑 I walked in with a handful of returns. None of them (sorry!) for UPS. Doug met my ignorance with grace & a smile. His helpful manner allowed us to work through the issue together as he taught me were each label is supposed to go. He let me email them to his computer, he printed them out for me, he even went as far as wrapping each order and slapping the label on. Now I am driving across the street to the Post Office & FedEx prepared! I am only 29 years young but in that moment I felt way older! I need to stay on top of my game if I am going to continue online shopping! Thank you again, Doug!

  This location closes at 3pm and there is always a long line.

  Very unpleasant and unfriendly experience in this location, will never return and I suggest others do not go here unless you want to deal with very rude and unpleasant people.
