Your contracts are set up so workers lose hours or pay if we miss a shift, which feels like you’re looking for ways not to pay people. After onboarding, I was told at the last minute that $15 would be taken out of my first check for a drug test, even though the client didn’t require it. That kind of surprise cost is deceptive. On top of that, the $10 / $50 referral bonus is insulting considering workers are the ones bringing you business, and it’s buried under strict rules that most people will never hit. I have since learned I am not the only worker this has happened to other people have been misled by surprise costs, and bait‑and‑switch tactics. Unless you are prepared to refund the $15 taken from my first check and change these practices so workers are told all fees and conditions up front, I’m going to let my review stand as a warning to others.
