- CRCornelius Rice6 days ago5.0I visited Supplemental Staffing in Brownstown for the first time for a 30-minute interview on Friday, October 9, 2026, and I was thoroughly impressed by how professional and well-organized this office is. Special thanks to Branch Manager Erika Crull and Staffing Manager Cynthia Mills. They are a true example of how an employment agency should be run. While completing my paperwork, I observed how efficiently they manage their work lists and operations. During my interview with Cynthia, she was straightforward, upfront, and completely honest about the job details and expectations, which I truly appreciated. If all employment agencies operated with this level of organization, transparency, and professionalism, job seekers would have a much better experience. I walked out with a big smile on my face. Thank you, Erika and Cynthia, for running such a top-tier operation.
