- RRR RJul 21, 20261.0Teller speaks very little English and is hard to understand, but has no problem giving himself five-star review on the touchpad when you're cashing out. Has done multiple times, I'm sure he does it for every customer. Typical government job. Online bill payment = less mail, so they need more employees and raise prices.

I have not received my packages because they put them in the wrong parcel. My manager delivered one to my house but the second package never made it to me. I called up there and the guy that answered the phone was very rude. I have had problems with this post office in the past. They make a lot of excuses for their mistakes and the people that work in the back lie to you and don’t do nothing to help and are extremely rude. Had to go up there and talk to the postmaster. Probably going to have to do the same this time. You’d think since my mail was in my mailbox that my packages would be there too. Mail person just too lazy to do their job property
- NVNICK VJun 27, 20265.0I needed a new passport. I expected an ordeal full of typical government red tape. I called my Brighton post office first, and spoke to a representative by the name of Chris. He could not have been more helpful. It was required to go in and make an appointment in person. Everything following that contact went so smoothly I thought I was in another country! I was given an appointment for the following day at a precise time. I did not have to wait in line, and was helped by the same employee that happened to answer the phone the day before. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. NOTHING you would expect from a government agency!! I WAS IN AND OUT OF THERE IN 20 MINUTES!
