  The best service, thank you to Tiffany for helping us look over our Wedding invitations and making a few changes before printing! She was very kind and will definitely shop there in the future! She’s the best! We also met Theresa who was very nice too!

  Staples is my favorite spot for office supplies. The store is always tidy and easy to navigate. Employees are very helpful, and the printing area is fast and accurate. I highly recommend shopping at this store!

  I had one of the most jarring interactions with a worker there. So, I went to the printer desk to see if I could get a large printout poster. I was completely fine with waiting because I didn't know exactly what I wanted yet (last-minute birthday present). I did not mind waiting at all. While I stood there looking through the poster options, the woman working there told me that I would have to order it online because they couldn't do it the same day. I said, "Oh, that's okay. I'm just going to look around," and continued looking through the options pamphlet. But then the woman started to approach me. Mind you, I was not holding up a line, I hadn't been standing there for long (maybe a couple of minutes), and I wasn't begging her for help. I was literally just standing there looking through the pamphlet. So I was thinking, oh, maybe she just didn't hear me? When she got right up to me, I said again, "I don't need anything. I'm just looking." Instead of walking away, she continued standing directly in front of me and staring at me??? We literally just stood there looking at each other for what felt like 30 seconds. At that point, I was weirded out, so I'm like, "Ok..." Then I left Staples. I have never received such an unprovoked reaction! There was absolutely no reason for her to walk up to me and stare me down as if I was bothering her or holding up the line or something. Before I began writing this review, I noticed several other reviews mentioning interactions with the same woman at the print department, which demonstrates that this was not a one-off occurrence. Staples should seriously consider addressing the customer service at this location because being made to feel uncomfortable simply for browsing their services is not acceptable.
