  I only come to this location because I moved to this side of town. My go to store is on university where they are ALOT more friendly. The two women have the nastiest attitudes.. The place is full of ppl who don’t want to work. Very rude if you come to them with an issue. The men are rude as well but not as bad as the women. I usually don’t do reviews but today was my last straw with this location. The girl Kaylie was nasty to me because I wanted to add money to a kinko card because I only had my prepaid card with me something the machines do not take. She stated that she couldn’t do that , In the nicest way I said I’ve done this a couple times before (I am in kinko all the time and usually have my debit card but I left it in another wallet at home) she proceeded to aggressively grab a kinko card out the drawer slides it in the machine aggressively as well while rolling her eyes at me and yells I can’t do that. She sent a guy my way and walked away and started helping another customer in which she was extremely “nice” to . Now if things have changed with the kinko cats then cool but to be extra rude about it is inane. This was my 3rd run in with a rude woman at this location. The time before THEIR printer jammed and the lady made me pay for those copies along with the new ones . Usually they’ll give you a credit at least that’s what happens and have been happening the 10 years I’ve been going to kinko. I’ll be driving across town from now on to my preferred location because the overall customer service is horrible. Ps I most definitely called corporate when I left.

  never and I repeat never if you cherish every second in your life go to this location what an absolute waste of time. They're printing services are horrible. You have better off going to buy a printer on Facebook marketplace plugging it into a wall randomly and printing it absolute .

She went above and beyond to assist me, answering all of my questions with professionalism and a warm attitude. Grace is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. She took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and made the entire process easy and stress-free.   Friendly and helpful workers, even when they are busy they are not rude to me or other customers. Plus the store if clean and well organized.
