- BMBriana MontanezNov 11, 20251.0I had the most rude and unpleasant experience, last night I went to print out some files for my daughter’s school . I arrived about 6:40ish . They close @7, but the tall older lady had an attitude from the get go . She mentioned how there was 11 minutes left, mind you I only was in there for less than 5 minutes AND figured it out by myself since she was helpless after I asked for help . She did give me instructions , but I’m not sure if I misunderstood them or she was just racial profiling me because I have brown skin & being nasty . She kept saying unnecessary and sarcastic comments , me as being the bigger and younger person kept my calm . I will never stop by at this location , this isn’t how to greet and take care of your customers . Ps there was a younger lady her coworker , mentioned how she clocked out at 6:45 , and her comment was “ Thank God “ . As she was the one assisting me .

Imagine my utter embarrassment when my friend got a $46 bill (related to her own gift) because they forgot to tell me about the tariff. It gets worse...they couldn't take care of the bill. I had to call another number and stay on hold forever. Then--- the manager says that I should've been told that opening an acct. would've covered the fee. But! This manager offered no related remediation. Ridiculous!
