They are friendly, efficient and know their stuff. Jamella is incredible to work with. I miss the associate manager John as he was also impecable! Great team and they have saved me more than once.

I simply came in to make a large copy. The machine that does this is not user friendly. In seeking assistance, the gentlemen that came from behind the counter was rude and short tempered. In short, customer service is non-existent. Other reviews echo this sentiment.

Nobody wants to help you then I’m standing at the counter waiting to be helped the lady staring at me turns your head away acts like she doesn’t see me and then helps somebody else that walks in very rude. Go somewhere else!
