As others have noted store staff can be very very very rude about Amazon returns. Yelp reviews are the same. I would avoid this store like the plague. And when paying for any services will take my business elsewhere.

From the numerous negative reviews i am not the only one to experience this poor customer service. The UPS store clearly does not care about their customers as a company.
