  I had a package with a prepaid label for USPS. I asked for a receipt. I was told I didn’t need one. I said I had to show proof I dropped it off. I was told to take a picture. I asked why I was having such a hard time trying to mail something. I was asked why I didn’t go to the post office. The package is now missing. Never had updated tracking.

  This is a good place to ship from. They also gave me advice about a return I had to a major phone carrier. I was told to keep the receipt because in 90 days I would probably be told I didn't ship my items back and would be charged if I didn't have the proof. They were absolutely correct! Almost to the day the phone carrier tried to make me pay them $150 for the equipment I returned. Because of the staff at this big rapids location not only did I have pictures I had the physical record. With that I was saved much trouble and money. Thank you.

  So I have a package that arrived here at 2 a.m. and it didn't make it on the truck for delivery, that's fine it happens, but I figured that I can change my delivery to pick up since it shows it's an option. Now on top of the 14.99 I already paid for shipping they would want me to pay another 7.99 to pick it up myself. It's ridiculous! What's next a 1.99 service charge at self checkouts...

  I would never have considered reviewing an ups store. But when faced with rude service repeatedly over several years. I checked reviews. As others have noted store staff can be very very very rude about Amazon returns. Yelp reviews are the same. I would avoid this store like the plague. And when paying for any services will take my business elsewhere.
