Furthermore, when complaints are lodged regarding the service, the staff often fail to take responsibility for their actions or offer inadequate solutions, implying that the customer is at fault. Additionally, some representatives answer calls courteously initially but become abrupt upon being informed of a complaint, seemingly perplexed by reciprocal rudeness. Ultimately, it appears that improvements are necessary across the board for post office staff, and accountability measures such as enhanced training or something needs to be done.
