Instead of helping resolve my issue, she made the situation significantly more difficult and treated me with a lack of basic respect and customer service. I left feeling frustrated and completely disregarded as a customer. USPS employees should be willing to communicate professionally and help customers navigate problems, not make the experience worse. I genuinely hope management addresses how customers are being treated at this location because this interaction was unacceptable
