I inquiered after receiving a note requesting me to contact them. Front desk said my package wasn't there, but she never left the desk to check. It was transferred to them by UPS for final delivery after they were unable to access my home. Not sure why the service desk couldn't tell me that. I received an email requesting me to contact them to retrieve my mail. I contacted them by phone, email and in person, they had no clue what was going on and wouldn't take a minute to investigate. She just said sorry we don't have it. I said sorry I received an email saying it was at the Bay City Post Office for me to retrieve it. I got home to fund packages and mail delivered, but the missing package wasn't. UPS confirmed with proof it was transferred to USPS due to inaccessibility. I was shown the door. The next day mail, including packages was delivered by them, but the package in question is still being held. I contacted them once again to request redelivery. A small 1 pound package. That was 1 week ago, still no package, still no service. A disgrace to U.S.P.S. Bay City letter carriers are #1 out of the 5 cities I've resided in. The office personnel isn't as kind nor considerate. Hopefully this review changes that.
