- SSShelley SayenJul 6, 20261.0John street post office in Bay City Michigan. Clerk at the window "Tom". He is ignorant and rude and treats every customer so poorly. When you leave he reaches over the counter and hits the 5 star waiting for himself. I watched him do it to everyone in line and also he did it today to my husband. My husband ask him how his weekend was and he didnt respond, when my husbands mentioned his attitude he replied- " I dont give out my personal information". This is an ongoing issue with this guy and literally every customer in there!
