- ABAlly BurghdoffSep 21, 20261.0If we don't have our normal mail carrier on duty our mail is never ever delivered on time. We have time sensitive mail that comes to us and when we receive it finally, it's been like a week from when the establishment sent it out. For example if they sent it out on the 5th we won't get it until like the 15th which is so bad. And what makes it worse is the post office won't even pick up their phones. It is very frustrating.
- JWJesse wellsSep 4, 20261.0The carrier that delivers mail is 100% reckless and carless with his actions. my wife and i were out side and heard him speed by followed by tire screeching and a bang. i walked out to the mailbox and found it was hit and the wooden pole snapped in half. there were 2 sets of skid marks next to the box, as it was Cleary hit by the driver. i instantly too pictures and called the post office and employee was instantly rude and dismissive of my complain because i didn't have video evidence of the driver hitting the box. i guess we all need to have a camera rolling at all times by our boxes to prove what already was clearly a damage incident (what a joke). either way he took my info and said they would reach out. that same day a lady reached out who was much more professional and assured me they will send maintenance out to have the issues resolved. 4 days went by with no call or anything, so i called back and the rude employee answered and i was met with the same resistance and he said they will not fix it because i cant prove it.(even though i have time stamped pictures and was outside at the time). my neighbors have complained to me how fast he drives and how they have fallen victim to the same damage. as a tax paying citizen paying their wage, I'm more than disappointed on how this was handled.
