- SCSpencer CopelandJul 17, 20264.0Am I putting a review here because I’m not from the area and I was looking for a post office. The person that helped me was very nice and had no issues with that. My biggest issue is there is no sign that I could find that identified the building as an actual post office. The side of the building does say United States post office but it’s obscured from the street so you can’t actually see it unless you’re in a truck or something that you’re elevated enough off the street to be able to actually read it. other than that, everything else was fine from the 30 seconds that I was in the building.

Acting like it’s a complete inconvenience to scan my packages to ship and being down right rude about it. The thing is that is literally the definition of your job, if you don’t like it then go somewhere else. Went in to get info about po boxes. All I got was I don’t know, it’s not my job, go online. Then I said I tried online but it didn’t answer my question. Her response was the call the post office…. Um you are the post office. To be fair the regular lady is nice. But every now and then I run into a different older woman and she is an absolute entitled lazy human being.
- CJCory JbroApr 9, 20261.0I went to ship a package with a small box and that’s what I had. The label was for a small box. Not a small envelope. And the lady tried telling me that I shipped a small envelope yet I was trying to ship a small box with a processor. Do not ever go to this post office EVER!!! I felt absolutely humiliated And embarrassed because this lady That works there was a complete mean And rude person She literally made me undo all my box Work and label just to put it on a different Box that looked exactly like my box And then I had to buy tape because they don’t offer tape or any fragile stickers completely ridiculous!!! I recommend going to the post office in East Lansing. They are very nice people and they don’t treat people like garbage.
