- DRDevious ReaverJun 17, 20241.0After waiting 4 hours for a package canceling appointments we checked and it said attempted delivery which the guy at the post office who intimidated my fiancee to the point that she felt threatened he told her they never even attempted to deliver it which means they lied about that, also blamed us for being at the end of the route which is not our fault we don't make your route for you and that means you are abusing your workers if they don't have air conditioning in their vans on a 90° day. I'm in the parking lot writing this and my car say 92. This is terrible and the 3rd time just within a year we have had problems. Glad we canceled appointments to be treated like a villain when you don't communicate with your customers. I wish someone in your office actually cared

- MKMichelle KesslerFeb 24, 20191.0I've attempted to send numerous items to my 90 year old grandmother who lives in an Auburn assisted living facility and they have never gotten to her, nor have they been returned to me. Tracking on one of the items states that it is at the Auburn post office but has never been delivered. I used to work for the post office and this is pretty poor service. And yes, my items were addressed properly. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to retrieve any of these items since the post office has a monopoly on mail delivery and can be as terrible as they want to be. So leaving a poor review is the best I can do. :-(
